Using the following manifest:

https://www.e-manuscripta.ch/i3f/v21/742334/manifest

It returns:

"WARNING: Setting non-standard field 'members' on resource of type 'sc:Range' "

which is allowed: http://iiif.io/api/presentation/2.1/#members

The above url is not valid anymore due to internal type changes. A usable example is now:
