Section Number Identify the most specific section number the issue occurs (e.g. 4.1.2)

Issue You reference a CapabilityStatement here: https://profiles.ihe.net/RAD/IRA/volume-1.html#1531122-event-producing-requirements However, in the IRA IG, there are no CapabilityStatements in the Artifacts section.

Proposed Change Add one, following the examples in ITI such as https://profiles.ihe.net/ITI/MHD/artifacts.html#1
https://profiles.ihe.net/RAD/IMR/artifacts.html#1 (acknowledging that these do not contain the FHIRcast endpointextension

Priority:

Low: Typo or other minor classification that an editor can manage. Requires no group discussion.
