Group DETR Reports Worse Results

I try to train Group DETR with 12 epochs (other settings remain unchanged), but the results are much inferior to that in the Group DETR paper.

My results (11 groups):

AP	AP50	AP75	APs	APm	APl
33.902	52.569	35.701	16.749	37.724	48.761

But the paper reports 37.6 AP with 11 groups on Conditional DETR under 12 epochs training.

This problem may be related to issue #163.

Sry we did not reproduce the results of GroupDETR before, we will take a deep look into this issue and ask the first author to refine the GroupDETR code in detrex #163
