Archival of topmodel on CRAN & impending removal from the Environmetrics task view

As the author and maintainer of the Environmetrics Task View, I was just notified that topmodel has been archived in CRAN for more than 60 days. I now need to remove topmodel from the task view, or see if I can help you get the package back onto CRAN. I plan on removing topmodel from the task view within 30 days, but if you are open to getting the package back on CRAN I can see if I can address the issues that the CRAN maintainer had with the package and help you get it back on CRAN.

No pressure; I understand the difficulties of maintain R packages and the time sink required. I just wanted to reach out before taking any action on the task view.
