Ghost data type stays in xml and is used as fallback by web ui #55

After a data type is renamed there seems to still be references to the old name in the xml.

This old name came back in the web ui as the returned type of a node when editing this node and it's "result" is wrong/badly wrote.

can you please provide the steps to reproduce the issue?
Which is the Editor you're referring to? The new DMN Editor?
