The current module didn't implement wake up and sleep for plugins/modules/alt_disk.py

Describe the solution you'd like
Add wake up and sleep actions to alt_disk

Describe alternatives you've considered
Manually execute the commands using shell module

Sample commands

Wake up hdisk0:

$ alt_rootvg_op -W -d hdisk0

Sleep altinst_rootvg:

$ alt_rootvg_op -S
