ibmcloud add missing autocompletion flags

The ibmcloud autocompletion is very helpful, however, doesn't include all options and flags.

Example: ibmcloud cs cluster create

Both the words cluster and create were completed on hitting <Tab>, but the following options to create a cluster (e.g. --name, --zone, as shown in the help) aren't completed or available anymore. It would greatly improve the developer experience to include them as well.
