After Xiaomi mobile phones with Android 11 and Android 10 operating systems are flashed with Delta, they cannot be turned on. However, those with Android 12 or above can work normally.

Happened to me too. With XM12Pro (Zeus). Installed with Twrp, after that it bootlooped when showing Mi Screen. Had to reinstall via fastboot boot.img. Used latest Version from 10. Jan. I use xiaomi.eu Rom with latest Dev hyperos rom
