Deleting tags/lists of attendees is too easy

Change the confirmation dialog for deleting tags to make it a little bit more challenging.

So you mean something like archiving tags instead of permanently deleting them in addition to removing the action from the flyout panel?

Currently, the confirmation dialog uses the browser's built in dialog. In my experience (Chrome) the "Ok" option is preselected by default. This makes it very easy to mindless press Enter and delete the tag.

This is a relatively low-medium priority UI change. Seems like a good candidate for newcomers to the project.
