问题描述 | Bug Description

希望能够区分不同场景：

离线账户显示「编辑皮肤」
微软账户显示「上传皮肤」

如果能实施，可以把 account.skin.upload 改回「上传皮肤 (Upload Skin)」

启动器崩溃报告 / 启动器日志文件 | Launcher Crash Report / Launcher Log File
