希望能把JAVA版本选择改成以下形式以便于玩家快速将JAVA版本调整到适宜不同版本forge、fabric、optifine、mod的版本

独立于全局设置中的其他项
全局设置中可选默认JAVA版本
在版本设置中可以在不开启特定版本设置的情况下选择默认设置 java8 java17 这种形式

Java 管理和设置界面之后要重做，当务之急是发下一个稳定版出来。
