Power spectrum per-epoch jackknife. Bayesian framework for testing null hypothesis of whether bandpowers of different epochs are drawn from a consistent distribution, or whether different distribution. (Mike, Fraser, code written and tested by mid-Jan to 3rd week of Jan; end of Jan first data put through)
