False Positive when mining insta-minable blocks with left and rightclick

Describe the false positive and how to replicate it

Step 1: go to a block that can be mined with one click like grass
Step 2: Look at it
Step 3: press Leftclick and Rightclick at the same time

It will flag 1 or 2 times for AirLiquidPlace
