exec /usr/local/bin/entrypoint.sh: no such file or directory

Please consider updating the documentation, adding the need to convert the line break type of the scripts from CLRF to LF.
When you run docker/up in windows it says "exec /usr/local/bin/entrypoint.sh: no such file or directory"

I know, it's a known Windows problem, but I wasted 2 hours on it :)
