I added the Google Cloud Vision library and wasn't sure what to do next. I navigated to the Google Cloud Platform Libraries classpath container, thinking to open the Javadoc URL for the cloud vision library, but it was chockablock full of jars.

Perhaps we could provide a Google Cloud Libraries content block that offers access to javadoc, APIs, generate service keys, and other useful functions.

The google cloud vision library should have been in there somewhere; but yes, the first API library you add pulls in a lot of dependencies.

A Google Cloud Libraries content block might be nice, or maybe it's a subitem of the App Engine content block? Let's think about this and prioritize.
