Feature: manage user tasks

if we have plans to add new tasks later on
I think we need some setup so that it can be managed also outside of code

@sirpy the original flow for the wallet yes.
there is no flow for it in gooddapp.
Likely it will be the same flow.

Currently in the goodid flow we have the using dapp decide what to do with claim-success:
