Whenever I change focus from Godot and I tab back into it, it reimports some files as if they changed, but there were no changes at all. These are the files that the OS detects as modified:
Thanks @Iakobs ! I saw the same on my MacBook and was just looking to see if there was a workaround and your switch to mobile mode did the trick!
The other important thing the switch to the Mobile rendering method fixes is without it there's no way to open the demo scenes in godot. In compatibility mode Godot will state that scenes like pickable_demo are corrupt.

I'm using a MacBook Pro with an Apple M4 PRO chip, 48GBs of RAM and MacOs Sequoia 15.1.1 and Godot v4.3.stable.official [77dcf97d8]
Steps to reproduce:
I've tried removing the
.godot
