#8807 - Order by geometry

I'd like two features in the TODO plugin:

1. A default of sorting by location (so I'm editing relatively nearby features rather than bouncing randomly over the world).
2. The ability to point at an item on the map, and clear it's todo item (if I see a few nodes next to each other and handle them as a group).
   This would really help when using the TODO to manage the step-by-step checking of a scattered import.
