Describe the bug
Show the modified fields in the audit log modal for auth server sub-items, including clients, scopes, and auth server properties, similar to how they are displayed in the user management section.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Auth server ->. Edit client'
2. Click on 'Apply'
3. In audit log modal Display the modified fielde.

Expected behavior
Show the modified fields in the audit log modal for auth server sub-items
