Last beta build was v4.0.0-beta.13 in Dec 2017. Any roadmap for a 4.0 release?

Also is there a reason for v4.0.0-beta0013 not being on the nuget server? https://www.nuget.org/packages/GitVersion/4.0.0-beta0012

Working on this currently, we are fixing up the automated deploy which has got broken at some point. Will get 0014 out this week
