Is there a .net standard executable version?

Sorry for posting this here, I look in the previous issues and there was no clear answer. Is there a version of the .exe than is based on dotnetcore and thus runs on linux?

@ryudice: There's been no significant movement in any useful direction here yet. We're tracking the development of a .NET core compatible version of GitVersion in #647.
