For the non humans monks they use the quarterstaff attack animation rather than punching.
This may be a necessary limitation because of the fists being coded as 2 handed weapons, but just thought i'd check.
I have also encountered a mod conflict with my rather large Project infinity install that causes them to use the human animations, I will investigate that and see if i can tell you which

The human animations were caused by a conflict with The Artisans Kitpack Monk Overhaul.
However the non humans using quarterstaff animations was confirmed by an install with no other mods
Is it possible to change the item to a type which is a fake fist (eg ice hand spell) for non humans so they use punch animations?
