Question: How can I mention all members in a chat channel?

I would like to mention @ALL to notify all members in the current chat channel, but it doesn't appear to be working. Could you please assist me?

I would like the @ALL or @here (can define any @word) feature to work similarly to @channel in Slack, ensuring that all members in the chat channel receive a notification when mentioned.
Even if the chat channel has more than 100 members, it should still notify everyone.
It would be great to have a mention message list for each member, allowing users to review messages where they were mentioned, including those with @ALL.
For the mute channel feature:

Mute all messages.
Receive notifications only when mentioned (individual mentions or @ALL).
