On iPhone, the rear camera (selected by video: { facingMode: "environment"}) does not work as expected. Instead of showing the overlayed camera, the iPhone switches to the built-in native camera view. The whole point of using the non-native view is the ability to show the camera with a photo overlaid on top of the camera.
