Radial Gauge Taking up Blank Space

The radial gauges when using a start angle of 0 and end angle of 180. still use up in the render the entire allotted space.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like for the gauge not to change size yet allow me to use that space that is completely blank. This should mean resizing the render area based
on the the angle of the gauge.
