[Ticket][PMT] Update MapScout Homepage [Most likely for next sem]

Nonprofit Description

Mapscout is intended for nonprofits who need a customizable and intuitive method to display location based data in a map format (think Yelp or Airbnb for nonprofits). As a custom solution turned general solution, Mapscout is striving to expand features that our existing clients want or will want. In addition, we are focusing on simplifying the presentation of our product in order to bring in new users to our ecosystem.

Ticket Description

For this ticket, we want to port the work Sharath (our director of engineering!) did on MapScout's home page to the actual home page of MapScout. In order to do this, we want to update the links on the homepage as well as add a waitlist form to the homepage that will integrate with Slack. You can look at the current implementation of MapScout to see how this can be done.
