S25 Sprint 2- Link Azure Blob Storage

Context

We want support for profile images as well as for nonprofits to upload photos/videos in their home page. We do not have any infrastructure set up yet that support this.

Requirements

Look into setting up with Azure blob storage. I do not have too much experience with this but I can help if needed, Create the needed methods/allow for general use for any uploading needs. If you have access to the Bitwarden account you can update the Azure api keys there, or you can just send them to me in a OTP and I can update them so everyone can update their .env.local

Acceptance Criteria

• Blob storage and required methods are set up.
