[Standards]: Add roadmap to GitHub or site

Description

• Where do you want to see the roadmap?
• Carlos: Should be what this meeting is solving.
• Diego & Josh: Hard for us to, because a lot of features come from groups outside SGA and could impact the roadmap
• Christy: Been in a reactive mode since release planning - moving forward we are working with BOPs to build a proper pipeline and working autonomously - need to get out of that mode.
• AI: Table this. Make it a GitHub issue, because it sounds like Christy is working on stabilizing changes to future front-end components.
• Christy: Where does the pipeline/roadmap exist?
• JC: Either in GitHub by itself - or the SAMWDS site.
