[Microsite]: What is the intent of the microsite?

Description

During the workshop regarding the future of the SAM Web Design Standards there was a lot of discussion around the microsite; primarily what the intent of the microsite is.

• No instructions on how to contribute to the Microsite.
• What is the intent of the Microsite.

Conversation:

• (might be a disadvantage) Code is duplicated in a microsite and then elsewhere.
• JC: Don't have an opinion yet. What is the intention of the microsite?
• Jen: Could look into it.
• Matias: Neutral - No idea about the context here.
• T & Josh: I like the idea, but it adds overhead - so if we could create the microsite using the same technology stack, then I agree.
• Christy: I like the idea - need to know intent and whatnot (same page).
