User Story
As a member of the Federal Crowdsourcing and Citizen Science COP, I want to participate in a meeting to share new and planned agency actions and initiatives focused on citizen science.

Event Planning

• Confirm event date/time, agenda, title, and description (Kat)
• Update TTS Outreach liason (Kat)
• Obtain approval for the event (Kat)
• Add to event tracker (if needed) (Kat)

Event Promotion

• Develop communications plan (Kat)
• Build Zoom registration (Quinn)
• Open registration and promote event (Fil)

Event Logistics

• Content preparation (Finalize agenda, speakers, and roles) (Fil)
• Technical rehearsal (if needed)

Post Event

• Send thank you and any follow up communications to speakers (Kat)
• Send event summary to FedCCS listserv (Fil/Niva)
• Capture, analyze, and report survey data (Fil)
• Close survey (Fil)

Acceptance Criteria:
Event is completed, post-event items are accomplished, data is collected and distributed, post-event artifacts (event summary etc) are delivered
