This is an extension on the drivetrain subsystem and cannot be completed until the previous is finished. This is a command that will allow you to spin the base continually while being able to drive around. Your command should also be able to integrate some method of being able to change the angular speed of the drivetrain relatively easily to prevent robots from easily being able to track out panels.
