From the setup log file below I can see that the node-modules folder is not created, for some reason. Any help will be appreciated!
JBrowse version: 1.16.11 (git clone https://github.com/GMOD/jbrowse)
Web browser being used: Google Chrome
Operating system if relevant: Ubuntu 18.04
setup.log (error starts from line 8293): 2024-10-09T11_10_01_119Z-debug-0.log
node: v16.15.1
npm: 8.11.0
