Add a user profile page

Basic html css js page for user profile which should ideally contain the follwoing:

• username
• age
• sex
• list of test reports
• suggested blog articles' cards

You can add dummy data and simply submit a template in the ./templates folder with the css and js in ./static folder

I'd like to work on this one. Can you give a little brief on what data should I use. It'll be great if you could generate the dummy dataset to be printed on the page.
