Quest glitch, showing when it shouldn't

I am having a problem with one of the quests coming up when it shouldn't. I have tried deleting and remaking it as well as reloading the game. I thought I had it fixed but it has started showing up again even when edit is off. I am wondering if I somehow clicked it when I hit the done button because it would have been right behind it when the list is zoomed in. I know it shouldn't be possible to do so but it's the only thing I can think of that may have caused it.
