配置cosyvoice的环境，是不支持11.4以下的老版本cuda吗？ #845

cuda驱动是11.4，发现无论怎么尝试，皆无法安装成功。如果安装高版本的torch，则会提示cuda太老旧，如果安装低版本的torch (<=1.12)，cuda是支持了，可以使用gpu，但是代码会有各种报错，大概就是torch版本低了，估计至少需要1.13以上。对于cuda 11.4，有办法安装cosyvoide的环境吗？机器不太方便升级cuda driver。

没有研究过老版本torch，可以自己修改一下代码适配
