Hello, sorry for the delay in reply. Could you please check if you opened the link from the plugin where in the integration code is_premium was set to true. We didn't intentionally change the behavior for premium version of the plugin to keep on providing better UX.

If such links wp-admin/admin.php?page=webinarignition-dashboard-contact&topic=pre_sale_question are opened directly from the free version, then it should always get redirected to the standalone page. Thanks.
