[Feature request] Private call history

Feature description

As the fossify contacts private numbers
so private call history.
When other apps want to see this history it can't.
It wouldn't be a full privacy option request.
So if I give you my phone you can see my call history.

Why do you want this feature?

While testing fossify phone bug and the os original dialer. The official one could see my call history without giving it permission.
With the power of "that it was the default app" for that time of testing.

Why? To take away the ability that other apps can and will sell your data

On Android, the default phone app and the default message are automatically granted the required permissions when you switch to them.

Why not just deny the call log permission to apps that might read your call history?

@naveensingh Oh, OK I understand.
And yes other apps are blocked.
Sadly I can't block google play store and other official app's permission. I would love too that is why I asked this feature.
(I know a custom rom is the best solution but not for this phone sadly.)
If it is too time-consuming I will gladly close this request. (I know you take the main load of maintenance, so you decide.)
