[serverless-jetpack] Packaging 0 functions, 1 services, and 0 layers with concurrency 1

Environment: win32, node 16.14.1, framework 3.36.0, plugin 7.1.0, SDK 4.4.0
Credentials: Local, "default" profile

Error:

when I run the nestjs with serverless , want to packaging code and push to lambda, then get this problem, in windows env
