Foodcritic is sunsetted and we should communicate it somehow on foodcritic.io

The list of rules and examples may still be interesting to keep given that https://github.com/chef/cookstyle does not provide code examples, however I don't know if any effort to maintain it is justified.

If not, maybe just redirect foodcritic.io to https://github.com/chef/cookstyle#readme ?

We do need to come up with some way to announce it on the site. It's written on my whiteboard at home that it needs to get done. If you're looking for the docs for each cookstyle rule though they're generated on each merge here:
