also update hemibrain neuron descriptions where these have data in FlyWire

still todo:

synonyms and renames where HB types were renamed - this might be better done as part of merges and splits (see New Term Request: split/merged hemibrain neuron classes from FlyWIre #1651)
parse systematic names (e.g. cLP01) to make nicer term labels - DONE
