eathena cp

I'm looking for a control panel and this cp caught my attention, I would like to be able to use it for the eathena emu so I have one question: I just need to change the group_id to level?

It's a very old cp, i do not recommend you to use this cp.

There is not a cp for eathena since the updates stopped, you can use fluxcp but you will need to do some modifications, instead, use rathena.
This cp is incompleted and old, so anyways, if you want to use this cp do you need to be a developer.
In any cases, ask yourself why do you want to use eathena, if you are using rathena, use fluxcp instead of this cp.
