Suggestion: Item Pipes

Hey Flax,

Really happy to see you working on some IE stuff. One of my favourite tech mods.

I did wonder though if you could add some basic item pipes to it?

I know what you're thinking "Conveyors exist for that exact reason". But hear me out!

I've hosted servers a few times where players have been derps and the entities on the conveyors have built up causing problems for the smooth operation of the server.

I always thought IE should have an alternative, similar in feel to the Fluid pipes and able to transport items without rendering all the entities in world.

Anyway, just a suggestion. I have no doubt that you have many plans for features already and I look forward to testing them out!
