This bug only seems to occur when building a battery across two chunks, and only affects the columns that exceed the chunk where the TE is created.
This doesn't seem to affect IE (I built an arc furnace in the same location):
Here's a video of the rendering bug in action (MULTIPLAYER): https://streamable.com/cm6qo
The client crashes upon interacting with the glitched column: https://pastebin.com/MQahF6Mf
Modpack: SevTech Ages 3.1.2 Hotfix 1 Additional mods: Questionably Immersive, Phosphor Forge version: 1.12.2-14.23.5.2838

Creating a 7-wide battery crashed my client after a couple seconds (without right-clicking the battery): https://pastebin.com/2LC4A01P
Tested without FoamFix and Phosphor. Still crashes. The 7-wide battery crashes my client as soon as I log on the server :|
