As of 10am Central Time, it appears that X links do not resolve properly; just get a message saying "Sorry, that post doesn't exist :(" even when the tweet is still up.
Doing some extra testing: fxtwitter and fixupx links are broken, while twittpr links seem to still work.
EDIT: Looks like this is an uptime issue vs. some sort of code problem, per the status board. Feel free to close.
