With the launch of a stable MS2 version, there is no need for the debug getDemoItem endpoint. This will reduce the build time and binary size of the backend microservice by removing MongoDB libraries from its logic.

Keeping this on hold first until Milestone 3 evaluation is done to prevent unforseen stability issues
