I have 2 Pi4's and 1 Pi5 all running 8.5.1.
2 do not have the bcm2835 headphone available.

Santa-Sleigh Pi4 (with touchscreen) does not
FPP8test Pi5 - (running on nvme) does not
SantaFPP Pi4 - (has Kulp k2-pi-servo) has headphone available.

According to the backups, you have the pi hat pixel outputs enabled. That would disable the onboard sound.

FFP8test does not have them enabled.

@bobreese FPP8Test is a PI 5 there is no Onboard Audio on a Pi5
