FPP Version and Hardware:
Example: FPP 8.5 master running on PI

Describe the bug and Steps to reproduce:
In some of my testing before the latest fix. I put https://www.google.com/ in the start URL in Kiosk mode setup

After I confirmed the fix (just run update and NO uninstall and re install Kiosk) it came up to the goole page.

I removed the https://www.google.com/ from the start up and rebooted, but google came up again.

I disabled Kiosk mode, rebooted and re-enabled it
It still is coming up with google I'm not sure the setting is being saved correctly.

Workaround:
put http://localhost in the Kiosk start URL
