[Bug]: Quest not redeemable

What issue are you having?

The specific objective for getting silicon and crafting the silicon tablet will not let me complete it. I’ve crafted both and it says the the silicon ore doesn’t have a check over it but it also says I have it 100% complete

Steps to reproduce

1. Start the guide to digital storage
2. Complete guide quests up to silicon
3. obtain silicon anyway capable and the check will not pop up

Anything else to note?
