Describe the bug
Librarian Villagers in and out of easy villager trader blocks only give "Looting 3" for book trades for invar coin. This is not intended as they are meant to have mending enchant.
Steps to reproduce
Spawn in a villager.
Put Lectern block near the villager.
Cycle trades until an enchanted book pops up.
Cycle several times to make sure it was not a fluke
Expected behaviour
Different book trades then just looting 3 or another path take mending enchant
