Describe the bug

The Rotary Condensentrator recipe for lithium (liquid lithium -> lithium) is missing, preventing the creation of lithium dust.

Recipe exists in 1.7.0, but does not exist in 1.7.1.

Steps to reproduce

Through JEI, perform a recipe check for lithium gas. The recipe for lithium dust to lithium gas exists, but the recipe for liquid lithium to lithium gas is absent.

Expected behaviour

The recipe for lithium gas from liquid lithium exists.

Interesting, as this seems to be working normally.
This is probably a Bug with Mekanism, but the technically something minor as the recipe itself does work.
